Why Experiential Learning?
Experiential Learning is ‘learning by doing’. By engaging with practitioners and by reflecting, experimenting and hands-on experiences, we can better connect the knowledge and theories learned in the videos. Relating those to our actual bodies can make us understand our wellness levels better.
